Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–6 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number via text message.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please note once your order is shipped, the courier is responsible for delivering the item to you, and we cannot control their delivery time.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to prevent any delays or issues with delivery. homeescentials.com.au is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
homeescentials.com.au is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and text message to track the progress of your shipment.

Delivery Issues
If you encounter any issues with your delivery or have not received your order within the estimated time frame, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Shipping Responsibility
Once orders leave our warehouse and are handed over to the designated shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. At this point:
      •     We are no longer liable for any delays during transit.
      •     Any issues related to delivery, including but not limited to loss, theft, or damage, should be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
      •     We recommend contacting the carrier’s customer service and providing your tracking number for assistance in resolving any delivery issues.

• The gift is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or credit.

3. Offer Period

4. Conditions of Offer

• Returns or cancellations that reduce the qualifying spend below $109 AUD will void eligibility for the promotional gift. If the gift has already been provided, it must be returned in original condition or its value may be deducted from the refund.
