Shipping
• Free delivery on all orders over $100.
• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (no weekends or public holidays).
• You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
• We ship with trusted carriers via Shippit (Australia Post, CouriersPlease, StarTrack, and others).
• Delivery delays may occasionally occur.
• We ship to residential and business addresses within Australia only (no PO Boxes).

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact the courier directly and let us know at homeescentials@outlook.com so we can help resolve it. Please keep original packaging and items.


Refunds & Returns
• Our refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Refunds are only offered for faulty or defective products (not for change of mind).
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm approval by email. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Important:
• Sale items are non-refundable.
• We do not accept returns after 7 days.
• Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. Please email us at homeescentials@outlook.com before sending items back.
